A gentle weekly practice of yoga poses with the aid of a chair. Learn ways to both energize and deeply relax; bringing an overall sense of well being to body, mind and spirit. Chair yoga allows seniors, those with disabilities, or those recovering their health to ease into a practice of yogic exercise.
