An easy, thorough introduction to practicing yoga - movement and breath for greater health, deeper relaxation and a clearer mind.
This course is designed to bring you from complete beginner to confident practitioner. From there, you can continue your learning journey with Early Birds Yoga Class (Tuesdays & Thursdays 7 - 8 AM) or join the Practitioners' Yoga Class (Tuesdays and Fridays 10 - 11 AM). You may also choose to establish your own home yoga routine. I hope to impart every essential you'll need to know how to safely and effectively practice on your own. That being said, on a daily basis I'm reminded that there is always more to discover about yoga!

There is a 3 student minimum for this course to run. If we don't have enough sign-ups, you will receive a full refund and I will contact you to discuss how best to get your yoga journey started!
