Special Aerial Yoga preparation:
GEOMETRIC YOGA
Saturday 10:00 - 11:00 am
This class is your ticket to Pre-flight check-in! How is your body, how is your breath: before take-off we have to get grounded through a practice that will bring awareness, calm and openness. This class is open to everyone and is required if you'd like to take off into Aerial Yoga.
AERIAL YOGA
11:15 am - 2:00 pm
After our Geometric Yoga class we will have Aerial Yoga Sessions. These will be smaller group sessions, assigned according to our total number of participants. Everyone is welcome to stay and learn by observing the other sessions, however, the smaller groups will allow everyone more time to enjoy the air!
Groundwork class and then Learning to Fly using the aerial rig. Both classes amplify each other for an optimal “over standing”, experience of Aerial Yoga.

Amanda teaches ability and confidence with educational foundation of Aerial Yoga. Amanda is originally a Geometric Yoga Instructor since 2008, currently she Teaches at REPS GYM & Chetco Activity Center of 🌊 Brookings Oregon Whether or not an expert or never had any yoga at all. Aerial Yoga is a whole different sensation! Before you fly, it is best and safest to do your “ground work” before takeoff! ✈️
