We are thrilled to host guest teacher Christine Goods from Brookings to lead us through a restorative yoga practice, including the beautiful tones of crystal singing bowls.
Christine has been teaching yoga for over a decade and brings a wealth of experience and caring to each and every class. Originally, Christine was drawn to yoga as part of her own healing journey around 18 years ago. Her passion for teaching comes from her own love of learning new things and the opportunity to be a part of her students' healing process. She loves getting to meet new and wonderful people through sharing yoga. In addition to teaching yoga, Christine is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant and works in home health.
